They found the loop hole that if they sell it before the insurance company reports it then their hands are clean and not liable. Also, do trust that they will even refund your gap insurance or warranty as they will cut a check send it to the wrong location though you followed up with an email, but maybe we can chalk that up to incompetence versus malice. Oh, the last straw-they put a stop payment on the check they issued- no phone call! Oops they somehow made a mistake and need to take another $600 out and found another a loop hole. These people are literally the bottom feeders of society. I have held off on this review for months thinking they would have some integrity, but clearly not. Let me also add that instead of working with us on the busted car, they low balled us on the trade in by $2-3k even when the owner said they would give us a trade in value of the car as if it didn't have frame damage. The manager Ray was very clear in saying he could only give us what he could receive at auction. So there communication doesn't even line up. They are trying to take advantage of a trusting consumer. Worst part our family bought 5 cars from them! Don't buy you're car here! More

I contacted the salesman I had been working with to get some insight into what was going on and was met with the most poorly written, disjointed, rambling, contradictory, and blatantly aggressive email I have ever received. Rather than leveling with me and trying to give me some solid information on the car he tried to draw some crazy and totally unrelated analogy to Prius' and push urgency on me saying the demand will rise on a car under total fire. Needless to say I was done at that point. More

Happy customer I contacted the dealership about a used lexus CT200H and requested that they send me pictures of any blemishes on the car before I was willing to driv I contacted the dealership about a used lexus CT200H and requested that they send me pictures of any blemishes on the car before I was willing to drive an hour to look it over. They did so willingly and they also suggested that a different color Lexus might be a cleaner... So I decided to drive out. The sales rep, Josh, was true to his word, the other car was the better offering. It had been repainted on the roof... and while everything else was great, including new tires and brakes all around, the roof was a bit rough. But I thought it could be wet sanded and polished to bring it back to high gloss... I took it for a drive anyway and thought the tires needed to be rebalanced as well. The manager, Kyle, said they would address both issues and suggested I come back to see if the car was satisfactory and then if I liked it, we could proceed. Well the bottom line is they did everything they needed to do to make the car virtually brand new. No pressure, no hassles. I bought the car. I recommend Autobahn without hesitation. Ask for Josh McClaskey. He's a good guy. More
