The volume of cars they had and the price points already made my trip from Boston to Westborough (45 min) worth it, however the customer service really influenced me to write a review. Both Rick and Tim were friendly, professional and willing to take as much time as possible to make sure I was comfortable. Most importantly, I felt as if they had my best interests in mind. The fact that Autobahn is a high volume, luxury dealer with prices that are set to sell takes a lot of the anxiety and uncertainty out of the process. Great staff, great inventory, great prices! Despite the odd hiccup along the way - a great experience & We purchased a 2006 Mini Cooper S Convertible at a fair price and received a great price for our trade in. After returning home with the vehicle, we noticed a couple of things (brake warning light came on, no spare tire and non run-flat tires) so decided to have the vehicle inspected at our local Mini dealership. They noticed that there was the wrong fluid in the Steering, and quoted $700 to fix that, plus additional $400 for rear brake work (pads and rotors). I called Autobahn and after a couple of hours discussion between the dealership & Autobahn, they agreed to reimburse me the $1100. In addition, they sent me the correct Mini / BMW roadside tire repair kit (not the cheap Slime alternative). kudos to Autobahn, and the Manager who turned around a potentially disgruntled customer to an advocate of their business - I would have no hesitation recommending them to friends & will gladly buy from them again. More

Patrick did a great job with taking care of me when it came time to service the vehicle, even going as far as getting me a rental car when they needed to keep my car overnight. I highly recommend this Autobahn. Where I buy used cars each time I purchase a vehicle, I will be buying my next car from Autobahn. If you are picky about cars and service, this is the place to go! However, Kyle was in constant contact with me via emails or phone calls and always giving options, even when some cars were in route from other states. I have never had a sales person so dedicated to helping me out in this way. Kyle was sincere and honest with pricing and condition of each car we reviewed. He was not pushy at all as the cars Autobahn gets sell themselves. Please realize that they do not come down in the price quote by very much as the cars are priced very fair. Also my trade in was right on the KBB price which helped me close the deal. Please ask for Kyle if you are looking for honest, straight forward answers and no run around. I had seen these guys in action before (A friend of mine bought a Mini from this dealership to an equally raving review) so I figured Just fantastic. I was a little hesitant considering my budget, but thanks to Kyle I'm driving a seriously nice Corolla S with all the features I wanted.
