Kyle (our sales man) was very easy going, very professional, very knowledgeable, very friendly, explained to me how the process works, helped me out trying to get me the best deal..... not that your typical pushy sales man. I actually looked into 4 other dealers and Autobahn had the best price and the cars where in much better shape. Kyle and Vinny made sure i got my car sooner than i was suppose to. When i picked my car it was spotless. My overall experience with them was great and I would recommend Autobahn USA to anyone. More

I searched through their inventory and found my perfect Mercedes at an unbeatable price! The day I met my salesman Kyle, I was even more convinced that I want to buy my car from him. He gave me an honest information about the car. He was not pushy. I was so excited and wanted to make a deposit right away. Kyle said " you don't need to; I will keep the car for you until we complete the application for financing" I was really impressed. He took care of everything. The day I picked up the car, Kyle was off but left a note to his colleague who took care of me; synched my phone to the car, gave me a one on one instruction about how to use the car, the basic information that can be a challenge when you don't know; items such as how to adjust my outside mirror, how to open the gas tank, to turn on the light... I found a car they had that I wanted. Called and was advised that the vehicle had been sold pending finance and should something happen I would get a call back. My luck, the deal did fall through and I advised that the vehicle had been sold pending finance and should something happen I would get a call back. As I was coming from another state, my distance was approximately 100 miles so they held the vehicle for me until noon the following day. Upon arrival Kyle showed me the vehicle and allowed me to "look it over without any sales "help". In fact, he answered all questions asked and NEVER applied or attempted to apply and pressure. We then took a test drive. I liked what I saw & drove so all that remained was to settle on a price which was also a painless process.(very easy and very fair) and I purchased the vehicle. When picking up, I closed the transaction with the Vinnie the finance manager who presented several possible warranty options and after making my selection effectively and efficiently completed the transaction. I chose to register myself which meant I had to do the transaction, go to DMV in my state and then return with temporary plates to transport the car. They allowed me to use my trade (now officially their vehicle) to do this. If there was a glitch it came when picking up the vehicle late that afternoon as they were supposed to have a key programmed and it took some time for the on site help to get up to speed. But that too was quickly resolved. In short, the experience was very good and they did everything they said they would do without hassle. I believe this business operates with a high degree of integrity and based on my experience would recommend them to anyone. More
