I purchased my first financed car here and they really made me feel comfortable with the whole first-time-buying experience. I went in there terrified because of the lack of experience I had in buying and made me feel comfortable with the whole first-time-buying experience. Kyle let me look around at a couple cars without breathing over my shoulder and kindly answered any questions I had and helped me get an idea of how the whole buying-process worked. It took an hour or so to see if I was qualified for a loan, but they kept me updated the whole time so I wasn't just sitting there with no idea as to what they were doing. After signing the necessary documents, they (Kyle and Stu especially) congratulated me in getting my dream car. It was a painless buying experience and they highlighted this personal milestone for me. More

I was wary about going to an independent used car dealer but I have to say that after working with Kyle for my BMW, I was extremely pleased.
