My experience with Autobahn was excellent. It started in November when I saw a Volvo on line and came in for a test drive. Ed was the salesman, answered all my questions and when i told him I did not love the car, he did not pressure me to buy it. 4 months later, I saw an Audi on line and based on Ed's low stress approach in November I went in for a test drive. I loved the car and decided to purchase it. Ed, his manager Chris were very fair to me on the price I got for my trade in and Al the finance guy worked hard to get me the right rate and term so that all the numbers would work and we could do the deal. I had a great experience and would go back again. More

I went in that Saturday morning, test drove it and signed all the paperwork that day. Everyone at Autobahn USA was helpful that following week with taking care of my insurance, registrastion, etc. I actually lost the title to my trade in and they couldn't have made it easier get everything in order so I could pick up my car the following Saturday. I just purchased a 2010 Audi A4 from Autobahn USA and the entire process couldn't have been simpler. We discussed my trade and agreed on a number to work into the deal. A few days later, I came back during lunchtime, completed paperwork for both the trade and buy of the A4. I also had to set up a new insurance policy for the purchase and Kyle and Luis were both helpful in providing me the necessary information. To top of the sale, I spoke with Stacey and Al, and was able to receive a great APR. I have already recommended this dealer to a close friend, who's father recently purchased a Volvo.
