I just purchased my second vehicle, a 2007 Saab 2.0T with very low miles, from Autobahn USA, and I'm a very happy vehicle owner and customer. I almost went for a more expensive Mazda Speed 3 which was just outside my league, but thanks to Ed, and a touch of reality, I settled with a lower priced, more economical, and durable car for the long term. I was able to trade my old Audi in to be used toward my new car. What is usually a stress filled experience of searching for a new car, was anything but, with the help of Ed, Al, and Stacy, who made the whole process painless. I am very satisfied with my experience here and look forward to checking out their inventory in a few years for my next purchase, as I know they are in the process of expanding. Upon arriving at Autobahn USA I was greeted in the parking lot by sales consultant Kyle Fowler. He introduced himself and then asked me what kind of car I was looking for. I was looking at entry level luxury vehicles from BMW, Mercedes, Audi and Infiniti. Kyle then asked me a few more questions to help narrow down the search. Kyle was very knowledgeable about all of the cars I was interested in. He had a 2009 Infiniti G37x with all of the options that I was looking for. He quickly pulled the car around and we were off for a test drive. I was sold on the car almost immediately but Kyle didn't put any pressure on my whatsoever to make the sale. During our test drive we heard a rattle coming from the exhaust and Kyle was sure to note this down after our test drive was over. After I decided I wanted to purchase the Infiniti Kyle worked with myself and the sales manager Stacy to get the price of the car as low as possible. As I mentioned earlier, I didn't feel pressured at any time during my visit. I have had the car for almost 2 weeks now and I could not be happier. The entire car buying process at Autobahn was stress free and the staff were all great. Kyle had the exhaust rattle fixed for me free of charge as well. Talk about a great experience! They were in the midst of where to put all the snow, find the car that I was interested in and to get me the best deal for me. I watched them shovel, plow and still have the time for me. I found the car I wanted, under thirty inches of snow. I could barley get to see anything other than a snow shape. I basically based my purchase from the pictures on the Internet and their information. I went back the following week to find my car beautifully detailed and ready to go. All the information I received was true and the car was just as beautiful as they said it was! Maybe better. The professionalism and accuracy of this dealership was refreshing! I would recommend ten stars if I was able to. Job well done, Kyle, Stacy and Al! By the way, the test drive I had was two hours on my way home, and it was all they said it would be and then some!
