I had a truly positive car buying experience with non other than Marjorie, the sales rep who assisted me with my second vehicle purchase from Autobahn USA in Westborough, MA. The Finance Manager, Toffy, other than Marjorie, the sales rep who assisted me with my second vehicle purchase from Autobahn USA in Westborough, MA. The Finance Manager, Toffy, was very helpful throughout the financing process. Additionally, I appreciated Chris M’s fair offer for my trade-in vehicle. I’d like to give some recognition to the service team members “Chris and Eric” who also provided excellent support even after my purchase. Their service team addressed a brake issue and replaced a motor mount for me shortly after my purchase. After the repairs were complete, the tech drove with me to confirm the issues were addressed. As a repeat customer, I can confidently recommend Autobahn USA in Westborough due to their high level of service and professionalism across their sales, finance, and service departments. More
