I purchased a vehicle from Adrian at Autobahn Westborough on March 11th. Everyone at the dealership was professional and courteous but I spent the majority of my time with Adrian. His outstanding customer se on March 11th. Everyone at the dealership was professional and courteous but I spent the majority of my time with Adrian. His outstanding customer service skills really helped me through the process of buying a used car. I arrived to my appointment ahead of schedule but it was exciting to see the car I had expressed interest in was already waiting for me! The drive itself was a fun tour of the area with navigation provided by Adrian in the passenger seat. The conversation was relaxed and kept the experience stress-free. My trade in was fairly appraised and we got through the business of the sale quickly and painlessly. Before I knew it I was driving home in the car I was scheduling to test drive the day before. I really liked my time spent in Autobahn Westborough. I love my "new" used car. More
