Another fantastic experience with Autobahn USA and staff. As usual, they were efficient, extremely professional and took a tremendous amount of pride in their customer service. Bought a 2020 Acura here. Had to pick up the vehicle in the evening. It was clear the next day the vehicle has never been detailed. Then a few weeks later the passenger seat s Had to pick up the vehicle in the evening. It was clear the next day the vehicle has never been detailed. Then a few weeks later the passenger seat started peeling and pieces falling off. I called the dealership and after several call backs and emails they had me bring it in for “repair”… They had someone do a cheap job of sealing and “painting” over the peeling on the seat. Before I left the service department told me not to wipe it down for at least 6 months. Ok fine. Three weeks later the seat is peeling again. I called the service department and was pretty much brushed off and told “that usually happens”..and told I would get a call back. I brought the car to the store in person and spoke with Fred and his sales manager . The sales manager pretty much told me he wasn’t going to be able to do anything about it because it was “wear and tear”…. I said it’s been 3 weeks! He said “well maybe you shouldn’t have sat in that seat” … I said well I have a husband, two kids and I’m 9 months pregnant - where should I be sitting? He was purposely obtuse, and dismissive. He said he would get me a quote on a new seat cover but he wasn’t paying for it. He offered zero resolution. Terrible customer service and unkind people make for poor business practice. Listen to the negative reviews. Don’t buy a car here. More

Had a repeat service issue and spoke to the service manager Alex, He looked into my issue and was able to cover the service charges and was very attentive to my concerns. He assured me any lack of comm manager Alex, He looked into my issue and was able to cover the service charges and was very attentive to my concerns. He assured me any lack of communication would be addressed and resolved. Would not hesitate to use them for service as in the end they’re just trying to take care of their customers. Eric my service advisor reportedly went to bat for me regarding my concerns. My wife and I appreciate the service team at this location even as it’s 30 minutes from us. More
