He was positive, respectful and easy to deal with. We had called the evening before to make sure the car was available. Shaun called us the next morning to confirm we were coming. When we arrived the car was out front. The car was clean inside and out. This car was for our college age daughter. Brandon was able to answer all of her questions about the cars technology features and showed her some extra features as well. We looked at a similar car at another dealship in the area right after. That car was nice as well. But to be honest, my daughter said “I’d rather give Brandon the sale” and I agreed. The financial piece was handled by Chris and again it was very easy to deal with him. And I need to mention the car was registered in CT by their guy Douglas who was super easy to work with and provided great communication. Douglas made the registration and delivery process easier than I imagined it could be. All around smooth buying experience and we would buy from again. More

As for my experience, this should be the industry standard in my opinion. I hate being sold on something. Never happened. Everyone I came in contact with treated me like a person to be helped, in contrast to a means to fill a quota. There is a difference. I can’t say enough about my Purchasing Agent Wesley ( Salesman would be degrading to his professionalism in my opinion). He was courteous, helpful, and easy to talk to. Infomative, but not pushy. The upfront Carfax report was a major factor in my decision to buy. Chris in sales was equally exemplary. The whole process felt like it took 10 minutes. And again, although I was informed of all my options, nothing was sold or pushed on me. A situation where I would normally push back and be less likely to buy something I wanted. In the end, I left with the car I wanted, with the piece of mind I wanted, for less than I should have, without a painstaking experience. Personally, will probably never go anywhere else to buy a car again. I could go on, but this already too long.
