Great buying experience I decided to trade my car in, so I did a lot of research on the web and took my time looking for what I wanted. He was friendly and professional and got the car out to us for a test drive fairly quickly. The negotiations are what you would expect from any car dealer, but ultimately we decided to purchase it and were very happy with what was agreed upon. I feel we were treated fairly and with respect and the whole transaction was very easy. Ryan was awesome! I was looking for a new vehicle for a few month, doing research and visiting different dealerships. I was on my way to close on a car but the dealership never called me back. I decided to take a look at a vehicle of a model I had test driven. So I stopped into Autobahn USA and spoke with Ryan Cox. I went for a drive in three different cars and I will tell you that this guy knows what he is talking about. He provided the pros and cons to pretty much all the different makes and models on his lot. After test driving, you can tell they only pick the highest quality vehicles and make sure that they are show ready and in like new condition before being let on the lot. All in all, it was a good experience other than some issues that I had mainly on my end. I would absolutely recommend Ryan over at Autobahn USA. More

My husband and I walked into the Autobahn showroom at odds, as we had been for the past 4-6 weeks, because of the inability to agree on what we were looking for. Before being introduced to Josh, I was struck by the level of activity and absence of stale environment we had become accustomed to at all the other dealerships we visited. Josh made a connection with us instantaneously. It wasn’t the superficial handshake. He spent time getting to understand what we wanted (clearly a well-developed skill,) rather than getting us to understand what he wanted to sell us. He was creative, and ultimately found a solution. Having had the car for a couple of weeks now, we actually feel proud for having made the decision we did. In truth, Josh deserves all the credit. More
