Shame on me, I am impulsive and move quick on things I like, but the car doesn't have GPS or XM radio, two things I would have liked, but still would have purchased without. I didn't realize this until after. I wish this was covered so I didn't feel surprised when I brought it home, but that is on me too. All in all, great car, great experience. More

Extraordinarily Great Experience The buying experience with my service advisor Sean Mitchell was outstanding. No salesman jive just great information regarding the new car and the process. But believe it or not, that was not the best part of my experience with Sean and Autobahn. In the days following, a couple of issues cropped up with my superb "new" car. One related to the second key, the other the sunroof (annoying squeak). Sean arranged for immediate correction of the problems. He (and Autobahn) arranged for a new key at no charge (expensive to purchase) and correction of the sunroof problem at a BMW dealership close to my home. Since the car was still under warranty, the cost of the repair and the use of a loaner vehicle cost me nothing. But it gets better. A couple months after delivery I ran into a tire problem. Sean and Autobahn stepped up again, arranging for replacement of the problematic tire at no charge and for the purchase of another tire (on me, tack in the tire) at a price $100 less than the quoted cost I got at a big area tire dealer (you hear them on the radio). Service advisor Erik Oslowski was superb during the whole tire process. And lastly, get this one. When I was checking in, I told the service people that because of my lack of experience with the car I put a scratch / gouge in my car's tailgate (wacked my garage door). Believe it or not, while I was getting the tires, Erik and the service guys touched up the scratch / gouge that I caused at NO CHARGE. Don't know what else to write. Extraordinary experience, would totally recommend buying with Sean and Autobahn then letting Erik and service take it from there! More
