Success Finally! Ok...I don't even know where to begin. My salesperson Tommy at the Autobahn dealership was absolutely amazing! Being able to work with someone with so much patience, authenticity, and honesty was absolutely priceless! This was my first car buying experience and I truly can say that Tommy completely changed my perspective on car dealerships, salesmen and car shopping all together. I am very pleased that I was able to work with him; and I totally recommend him a thousand times over! I was on a car search for 6 months and very displeased with the salesmen and dealerships I encountered so much that I refused to make any final purchase. When I met Tommy, he was so understanding and helpful it made me comfortable and confident that I was working with someone who truly wanted to help me get into the right vehicle, in addition, meet my price point. I feel I am a good judge of character, Tommy didn't come off as "sleazy" or just trying to "make a dollar" off me. I rarely write reviews, however Tommy's professionalism and customer service was so beyond my expectations that I had to express my gratitude and write this review on his behalf. Showed up with no appointment, one of the service guys, Erik, took the car in immediately and took care of the problem very quickly. Explained everything and made sure the problem was fixed prior to us leaving. Overall great car buying experience. More

The dealer cars were nice, but had higher mileage than the cars I eventually shopped at Autobahn. Bobby Cofske was very patient and helpful through the whole process as I drove several cars. Each of the cars I tested was as near to new as I have ever seen at used car dealer. Autobahn handled everything with my credit union directly and everything went smoothly. I had a small issue with a brake light that I noticed after delivery and Bobby arranged for it to be replaced immediately without cost. I would gladly work with Bobby again and buy from Autobahn. More
