I went back to take a test drive, Ed was busy with another customer so the general manager Kyle directed me to Tom Commerford. Tom was,as the other contacts, courteous and friendly. Both he and Kyle negotiated fairly and respectfully and met my expectations of what a car dealership should be like. Tom has continued to keep in touch, even after the sale, to see how everything is going.....very thoughtful gesture. I drive a lot of miles and have to This dealership was a very pleasant surprise. I worked with Josh and purchased not one, but two cars from Autobahn. I drive a lot of miles and have to buy cars frequently and it’s generally not an enjoyable experience. But Autobahn was reasonable on their pricing, fair with the trade in allowance, and they were honest and courteous throughout both transactions. They have one of the largest and finest German car inventory in the northeast when it comes to preowned vehicles, which made finding the right replacement easy. Both the sales manager and general manager introduced themselves to me and were interested to make sure my car buying experience was pleasant. Josh was knowledgeable and helpful, gave good suggestions and really aided in the process instead of the usual high pressure you get when shopping for a car. I would definitely recommend Autobahn to my friends and family. More

Visit lasted 5 minutes I had found a couple of cars I was interested in on their website and made an appointment to come in and test drive one or two. I was off work that da I had found a couple of cars I was interested in on their website and made an appointment to come in and test drive one or two. I was off work that day so went in in sneakers, jeans, t-shirt and a baseball cap. When I arrived, the salesperson that greeted me didn't even introduce himself and seemed to prejudge my ability to purchase based on what I was wearing. Anyway it seemed that one of the cars I was interested in might have been sold. I asked him how many miles were on the car to determine if that may have been the case. He refused to answer saying he didn't have access to the information because the car was sold. Meanwhile the car in question was parked directly outside no more than 15ft away from his desk. He made zero effort to answer my very simple question. Anyway, thanked him for his time, shook his hand and went to AutoMax down the road. They treated me rather nicely. More
