BEWARE,overcharged & vanity mirror not fixed as promised. Courteous dealership,till you get to sign papers. Please calculate your payments by month per year and don't take their word. We were given a price of $20 a month for bumper to bumper warranty.On the loan we are charged triple the $20 The driver vanity mirror is broken and had been promised to be fixed. Still broken.. Things move slowly till your ready to sign then they say they will get us out of here fast,pushing you to sign papers without explanations. We believe their 5 star rating isn't honest. Be very careful and take your time if you decide to purchase. More

Repair on G37 I brought my G37 in under a warranty issue. The front bearing was bad on the passengers side which was covered under the additional warranty that I ha I brought my G37 in under a warranty issue. The repair was done in just a couple of hours and the irritating noise from my car has since disappeared. The staff was very friendly and helpful in this interaction and will certainly be bringing it back for service there again. More

JD was the rep taking care of me and my family and what amazing service. He treated us like family. Post-purchase he was took care of the extra documents needed by the insurance company so I can avoid a photo inspection and answered emails promptly. The only reason why I gave 4 stars is because the sales/financing dept talked the naive, first-time carbuyer into a financing deal less than what my credit score offered despite having financing ready from my bank and credit union in NYC. Renel said the difference was like peanuts but it's peanuts in my bank account enough for me to buy a decent child's carseat. Still, I would recommend this dealer with no hesitation. More

Not what I Expected! was in the market for a BMW X3, so I went to my local BMW dealership to test drive since I am in Southern NH and Autobahn was about an hour away. I loved the car and of course they tried to convince me that the car was worth what they were asking (way overpriced) because it was CPO. I called Autobahn on a Saturday and spoke with Shannon, who made an appointment for us to come in on Sunday. We got there a little before they opened so we started to look around a little and ran into Kyle, the sales manager. He was extremely nice and we told him what car we were looking to test drive. He brought us inside where we met Dominique. Four hours and several test drives later we decided on my car. They were extremely accommodating, provided the car fax and the service records for what they had done on the car, since they bought it. My husband asked a ton of questions and Dominique was never bothered by them. Kyle also answered every question we had and was very honest. The bumper on the car was a little weathered looking and Kyle agreed to have it painted. We picked up the car that Thursday, which was Dominique's day off, but she met us there anyway. There was a small scratch on the hood that was supposed to have been touched up. Dominique brought it right down to the body shop while we were completing the paperwork with Paul. We were offered options for extended warranties , which were bumper to bumper. There was no pressure from Paul at all and we do not usually do warranties on anything but considering BMW's are very expensive to repair we felt it was a wise investment. We ended up with the BMW that I wanted, with an extended warranty, for less money and less mileage than the car at the BMW dealership. My sister was in the market for a new vehicle so I told her to check out Autobahn. She went in on Thursday, test drove one she liked, brought her husband back today and they just purchased an Acura RDX from Autobahn!!! From Shannon, the coordinator, to Kyle, the manager and Dominique, our salesperson and Paul in Finance/Business office, we could not have had a better experience. I love my car! More
