Most impressive was that because I was an out of state buyer, he personally drove to NJ on his day off, leaving at 0400 to get there before they opened in order to get my tags. That's dedication to completing a sale and accommodating his clients at its finest. He kept in contact with me throughout the process to keep me in the loop of where things stood with the purchase.
