Although I trust Mike, it is always nice to see what the tech had found and get a good explanation of what the impacts of not getting fixed would be long-term. Since the repairs were going to take longer then I had budgeted for the oil change - Mike took care of me with a rental. He estimated it wouldn't be completed until Monday, but got a call late Saturday it was ready to go.
