Stay away from Autoflex I purchased a used 2016 BMW 328i from Autoflex. A few months after purchase I took it to the BMW dealership to have a noise under the hood checked out I purchased a used 2016 BMW 328i from Autoflex. A few months after purchase I took it to the BMW dealership to have a noise under the hood checked out. Found out the car had a front bent tire rod and someone had replaced one of the struts with the wrong strut which was causing the noise. I notified Autoflex of the issues and they declined to help stating the car fax was clear. We never hit anything in the car since we have owned it to bend the tire rod and never had a strut replaced. The car is still under factory warranty so if I had a problem with a strut I would have taken it to the dealership and they would not replace it with the wrong strut. Autoflex also never made me aware of only one key fob being available until after all paperwork was signed. Awful expierence and now I'm having to pay for a new key fob, new "correct" strut and getting the bent tire rod fixed. $2000 later hopefully there are no more surprises. Stay away from Autoflex. More

I had a very specific budget and wish list and no matter how many places I would go they just couldn't do what I was asking for. Mike Maddox at Autoflex was the difference maker. I can't even try to figure out how many hours Mike put into this deal and you can tell. He ticked off all our boxes and even after I accepted a specific deal, he would come back with an even better one. My wife is happy and we all know that means I am as well. Jumped ship to work with Autoflex! The Sales process at Auto Flex and with Mike and Eric was seamless. I was quite unhappy with my current leasing agent and felt i was not being relayed The Sales process at Auto Flex and with Mike and Eric was seamless. I was quite unhappy with my current leasing agent and felt i was not being relayed pertinent information about my lease or new lease options. As a sales person myself, keeping contact and being honest is paramount to a partnership. I simply engaged with the autoflex chat software on the site and next thing i know Mr. Davis was working with me to make things happen. 2 days after our discussion, i was in a brand new Tacoma on a SATURDAY and with a price that was quite competitive to what i was provided by the previous leasing team. I got a great service experience and an honest deal. Circumstances change and its nice to know i have a new leasing partner that can roll with the changes along with me as we all move through this thing called life. Thanks again Michael and Eric.
