WORST POSSIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!! Long review, please read. On December of 2014 I entered into a lease with autflex. At the time I didn't get the vehicle I was wanting because of my cr Long review, please read. On December of 2014 I entered into a lease with autflex. At the time I didn't get the vehicle I was wanting because of my credit. The salesman and finance mangers told me that after one year on my lease that I could do an early lease return with no questions asked as long I do another lease or purchase. Now 2016 I have been trying to return my current lease for another vehicle but have ran into issues. I was told that I car is upside down too much. I explained to the current salesman that I was told my the original salesman and finance managers that I could do an early lease return with no questions asked. I was directed to speak with general managers office. I spoke with general managers office today and was told since original salesman and finance managers are no longer with company that it's hard for him to know exactly what was said. I was also told that there is nothing they could do. I hear autoflex advertise for salesman with high integrity. I wonder why they make this a priority. I wonder if this has happened in the past. Curious!!!! IF YOU PURCHASE A VEHICLE, ASK A LOTTT OF QUESTION AND GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING!!!!! More

Trying to Lease vehicle I called to lease a vehicle and the salesman they gave me was John Welch. The first vehicle I asked about was a Subaru. That was fine was not in my ra I called to lease a vehicle and the salesman they gave me was John Welch. The first vehicle I asked about was a Subaru. That was fine was not in my range. So I asked if he could search for something else and he said ok. Waited a week and no response. So I called and left a voice mail and he never responded to me either. Then I called customer service and let them know the situation so they connected me with him and now he tells me he has been busy and sorry I never returned your call. So at that point he asks if I would like another salesman or if I could wait a week and he'll get back with me. I just asked for another salesman and he said ok ill get you someone else. Never got another call from anyone. Update: Got a call from David Blassingame and he apoligized for the situation and asked if there was anything else he could do. I had already purchased another vehicle. That to me that was respectful and let me know they appreciate their customers. More
