Sammie was the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. Travis Evans worked with me for a little over 3 months to find the right car with the right financing. I felt he was honest and understood my wants/needs in the used car I was purchasing. We complted most find the right car with the right financing. I felt he was honest and understood my wants/needs in the used car I was purchasing. We complted most fo the deal via phone and email. We closed on the deal at the Dealership after inspecting the car. We were at the dealership less than 1.5 hours! That was a huge plus for me! We will buy another car from Travis and Autoflex. More

When I went to the dealership, I was approached by Sal, We sat down along with my mother and father and told him what kind of car I was looking for. When I my father tried to him a story Sal rudely ignore We sat down along with my mother and father and told him what kind of car I was looking for. When I my father tried to him a story Sal rudely ignored my father and moved on to the car. When we went outside to look at the cars, he kept pressuring me into test driving them, but this was at night and I do not like to drive at night which I had told him, but still he kept pressuring me into driving the car, which I did not do. When went back inside, we told him that we would like to think about it. So he gave me his card and we left. That night I told my father that I found him to pushy and rude to want to buy a car from him. the next morning I awoke to my phone ringing it was him he kept asking me to come in and test drive. I told him that I had done some research about the car and that for me to even consider buying the car he would have to go down $1500 on it. The prices that he had said the car was already way to high for the car, then he told that there was some kind of sale going on. which I did not believe for a second. I know they have to make a profit but $8000 of profit is to much for me, he was asking almost 2x what the car was worth. well anyways, the next time he called I told him that I found another dealership that I was going to go look at, in the middle of my sentence he interrupts me very rudely and says ok fine and hangs up on me. Wow I told my father what he had done and said that told me a lot about him. So no I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you do go all I have to say is good luck. More

I want to thank David, John and Troy at auto sales leasing for really listening and understanding my issues I had with them. I did get a call and an apology as well as a better deal and better car tha leasing for really listening and understanding my issues I had with them. After spending all day going from dealer to dealer and. hearing we just can't make that deal. Our last stop was at Autoflex. It should have been our first stop. Worked with Troy Terry for 15 minutes, he sa hearing we just can't make that deal. Our last stop was at Autoflex. It should have been our first stop. Worked with Troy Terry for 15 minutes, he said he could make it happen and on Monday we came in and signed the papers. The whole process took maybe 30 minutes.This is the best Car buying experience I have ever had. This has by at been the best car purchasing experience I have ever had! From the moment I arrived, I was not harassed by salesmen trying to get a commission. Russell was amazing, too! Started out as a bad experience until I was called by Mike Jones who took the car buying experience to another planet. He apologized for the bad experience and stated he hated he had to ask the questions Mike Jones who took the car buying experience to another planet. He apologized for the bad experience and stated he hated he had to ask the questions again but assured me that he would make sure it counted. What I do know is Mike made my family and I feel like we were important and what we wanted mattered.The guy before him almost ruined me buying a car from Autoflex just by not even caring to call me back. Once he ran my credit no more phone calls from Craig. With Mike regardless of my score he never changed always very polite and always made sure all my questions were answered. At one point in the process I remembered saying I will just go elsewhere because of the time it was taking out of his schedule his reply was let me work for you and relax and ask me as many questions as you like, this is my job. I must say Mike went above and beyond from the VERY low interest rate to get this, delivering my car to my home. Who does that!! Who? Mike Jones and AutoFlex. I am due to buy another car in a few months and when I do I am making a straight line to AutoFlex and when I refer all my friends I will tell them to ask for MIKE JONES best car saleman ever!! Clearly Outstanding, I have been looking too buy a new or used Camaro for over 6 months now. new or used Camaro for over 6 months now. Always geting discourage or told no. But we can get you in this one or that one. Trying to sell me what they want too, not what i want to buy. Then I filled out your online questions over the weekend and Russell Kinney called me first thing Monday morning. We talked back and forth for three days , He checked on a lease -v-buying and my Trade in witch had some negative Balance He would send me pictures, of cars and say how about this one . Always with a posstive adttuide , and on time. I have Never left a car dealership after buying a car fealling so good about the hole Experance Leaving with the car that I wanted to buy I would recomend Autoflex to anyone and everone looking for a new car.
