Jodie was extremely helpful in buying our most recent car. He was patient and answered all of our many questions. I should of written a review much sooner than this but as I rencently found out the saleman is no longer employed with Autoflex I asuume there have been other customer complaints. I bought a used BMW X-3 whi I rencently found out the saleman is no longer employed with Autoflex I asuume there have been other customer complaints. I bought a used BMW X-3 whixh was delivered to my house in Mckinney. After driving the vehicle and signing the contract. I found out a few things.After signing the contract The salesman informed that the car was a lease return and had not gone thru any type of engined service condition,only had one key(BMW keys cost anywhere from$120.00 and up),the new carpet mats were not in the car as he had to order them and which I never received.My black temporary tags expired as I was not notified that the permanent plates were in limbo somewhere. This ended up resulting in a ticket and fine. I called and was put in touch with the one of the DEALER/Owners and his response was "you know stuff happens not every customer can be happy." I did receive an a form email a few months back asking me for my future business which I replied to. I states that i was buying 2 vehicles for 2 of my 3 college kids and would be looking elsewhere. But in fairness a gentleman did contact me and told me he was sorry about my previous experience. But there was no offer to make right the items missing from the car. Oh yeah the day after the sale it rained and neither the front or the rear windshield wash sprayers worked. Both motors had to be replaced plus none of the tire changing tools were in thew car and the first aid kit was gone. More

I have been trying to purchase a vehicle for some time now and was not able to due to my credit history. Mr. Martinez worked very hard to getting me approved for a loan and he was able to get the perfect now and was not able to due to my credit history. Mr. Martinez worked very hard to getting me approved for a loan and he was able to get the perfect vehicle for me. I love my car! And I am very thankful for Mr. Martinez's hard work and I am very very sattisfied with his excellent customer service. Janet worked exceptionally hard to get the financing and the car that I wanted. She even actually went the extra mile to delivery the car and met me in Terrell for signing due to the fact that I could not m the car that I wanted. I have been interested in buying a vehicle for a long time, but my credit is not the best. I called Mr Turner and he told me that a lot of people have not so good credit and not to worry.
