Overall, it was a great experience. I was a little disappointed that my car came with only one key FOB. After some back and forth discussion with my sales rep, I even offered to split the cost of buy disappointed that my car came with only one key FOB. My husband had contacted Hello, I would like to let Customer Care know what an amazing car buying expericence we had on Saturday, March 23rd. My husband had contacted Craig regarding a 2012 Sliverado that was listed on your website. Craig asked my husband some information so he could prequalify him on Friday. Saturday we drove over to Richardson and we were only expecting to look at the truck. 45 minutes later, we had the paperwork signed and drove home with the truck. The last time we bought a vehicle, we were at the dealership all afternoon. Neither one of us could believe how easy it had been. Today, my husband contacted Craig, early this morning, to see if he could find a Pontiac G 8 for our son. Craig not only found our son what he wanted but drove it to our house in Saginaw to deliver it and brought the paperwork to him. Craig is Awesome! It was a great experience from start to finish. I was in and out in just a few hours. I have bought plenty of cars over the years and have yet to come across a sales person like Janet. She did everything in her power to make sure the deal went through while getting me the car I wanted. Most dealerships tell you what you can't have and make your car choice for you. This was not the case in this instance. I was able to search through the lot and test drive many cars. They were even willing to purchase a car for me from another competing dealership just so I would be happy. I ultimately chose Autoflex. I just couldn't pass up the great customer service and Janet was very patient with me. I have the most beautiful, clean car in the world. Can't you tell I love love love my car.
