I was initially very leery of leasing and after unsuccessfully negotiating a deal with another company and having an important life event occur I put the thought of a vehicle lease aside. After a few weeks I decided to make another attempt with a different company and after reading some online reviews I contacted John Bradley. John was extremely easy to work with. He listened to what I wanted regarding vehicle type and options and then set about making it happen. I did not have very high expectations after working with the previous company but I was pleasantly surprised when John called back and had found the make and model that I wanted with several different vehicle choices due to options and at a priced that I liked. John did not try to direct me to any particular make or model he simply looked for and found what I asked for. Once I made a decision on the exact vehicle John made it happen by locking the vehicle down at the particular dealer where it was located and working out the required paperwork for the lease. He sent me the window sticker so I could review what exactly how the vehicle was equipped and discussed the particulars of the lease including the anticipated residual value, interest rates and other items of importance answering all of my questions. John offered me a very fair trade in amount on my current vehicle and we completed the negotiating. I took delivery of the new lease vehicle two days after the initial call to John with the delivery day being a Saturday. John postponed leaving on a trip with his family from Friday evening to Saturday so that he would be the one to meet with me for vehicle delivery and paperwork signing which I greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend John Bradley to anyone interested in leasing a new vehicle; he made the whole process painless. I feel that John treated me as a long time customer making every effort to ensure that I was pleased with the deal. More

I had spoken to Ron throughout the week about what I was looking for and what price I wanted to stay in. He was very nice and was very helpful and finding the perfect car. He kept in contact with me daily a looking for and what price I wanted to stay in. He was very nice and was very helpful and finding the perfect car. He kept in contact with me daily about what was available still since I couldn't make it out until the next week. When we arrived he had cars waiting for me to test drive which was great. We looked at a few just to weigh my options which made it just a little challenging to choose but we found one that hadn't been put on the lot which was perfect. I absolutely LOVE my Jeep Compass. The level of service with AutoFlex was great! The one thing I did not like is there wasn't an option offered to me, which I did not ask, to see and test drive the car I qualified for an bought, which was thing I did not like is there wasn't an option offered to me, which I did not ask, to see and test drive the car I qualified for an bought, which was located at the Arlington location. Basically, I blindly purchased the car, but that's on me not the dealer. I did my research before going and found that most cars were SEVERAL thousand dollars above Kelley Blue Book (KBB) value, which selling to those with low/no credit is somewhat justified, but luckily the car I qualified for was listed within a couple thousand of KBB. Although I was there for 3-4 hours dealing with qualifying, which was much longer than I wanted to be there, I put that more on lender than AutoFlex. I will probably go back when I'm ready for an upgrade. More

I know I drove them crazy but they did not give me a chance to make them totally insane as they got my car in a day. They got me an excellent deal and a beautiful new SUV.
