The level of service with AutoFlex was great! The one thing I did not like is there wasn't an option offered to me, which I did not ask, to see and test drive the car I qualified for an bought, which was thing I did not like is there wasn't an option offered to me, which I did not ask, to see and test drive the car I qualified for an bought, which was located at the Arlington location. Basically, I blindly purchased the car, but that's on me not the dealer. I did my research before going and found that most cars were SEVERAL thousand dollars above Kelley Blue Book (KBB) value, which selling to those with low/no credit is somewhat justified, but luckily the car I qualified for was listed within a couple thousand of KBB. Although I was there for 3-4 hours dealing with qualifying, which was much longer than I wanted to be there, I put that more on lender than AutoFlex. I will probably go back when I'm ready for an upgrade. More

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Bob. I was in a uniquely difficult position: My late-model Volvo Wagon (my favorite car I'd ever driven) had been totaled by a drunk driver, but I h Bob. Meantime, I'm working as a contractor (good income, but not "verifiable employment") and my recent divorce had put a hurt on my credit. I'd been to a couple other dealers and was starting to fear I'd be stuck with a really downmarket deal like a DriveTime. I went into AutoFlex as a walk-in and told Bob my situation. He was not only sympathetic and helpful, but made the process fun. He helped me find several cars that fit my criteria and once we focused on a newer Volvo wagon, he made the process super-easy. By late the next day I was driving my new car. Autoflex had the selection I needed and Bob made the deal happen without ever making it seem the least bit difficult.
