A truly wonderful experience from start to delivery. We had heard of Autoflex on the radio and did some investigating. We looked at different vehicles on the website and then Alex reached out to us. He wanted to know which car we were looking at and why that car. We explained to him that we had been driving a Buick Enclave and we liked that type of car. He never pressured us before visiting and looking at cars. Never asked for a "good faith" deposit like of other dealers do. We visited and explained that my wife would be the primary driver so he did so likes and dislikes about the Enclave. She liked the car but felt it was a bit bulky to maneuver in parking lots/garages. So he suggested that since 90% of the time it is just her in the car, perhaps she would be more comfortable in a smaller SUV/crossover so he had us drive the Jeep Grand Cherokee. She loved it and so I drove it and agreed. The next day we called Alex and discussed the deal and the next day he delivered it to our home, signed the papers and gave us the keys. He took plenty of time to discuss all of the nice features and showed us how to use them. A truly enjoyable experience with no pressure!! We will be back to deal again. Alex is great!! More
