I was at 35,919 miles, with my BMW’s covered maintenance expiring at 36k. Chris went above and beyond to ensure my 40k maintenance was taken care of under warranty—saving me from having to come back later and, even better, keeping it all covered under BMW’s plan so I didn’t pay out of pocket. They’re always professional, quick, and have a rental car ready when I need one. Truly top-notch service! Love that their service techs send a personalized video of my car each time its serviced. Really nice touch - keep this up. It makes the service experience feel personalized and far less transactional than a typical dealership experience. I will say - communication could be slightly better. Perhaps they consider a text option for scheduling like a calendly or similar? Sometimes its difficult getting a hold of the service tech as they're always in appts with customers, making scheduling a bit challenging as we play phone tag back and forth for days - ha! More
