My Dodge Ram truck was getting serviced for 9 weeks at Autoland. Every 3 weeks that would call and tell me the truck was ready for pick up. Each time they drove the truck out of the service Dept. somet Autoland. Every 3 weeks that would call and tell me the truck was ready for pick up. Each time they drove the truck out of the service Dept. something else was wrong with it. The 1st attempt, there was a clunking sound on the steering wheel, so I sent the truck back in the shop. the 2nd attempt to pick up my truck, 3 weeks later, they drove the truck out to me with the dash lit up with an error that something wasn't right (no one could see that error except me, I guess) and he was still trying to give it to me to drive out of the parking lot. The 3rd time I imagine the mechanics actually looked at the dashboard to see if anything else was lit up before driving it out to me. I would have liked to rate the Service Center on a much higher level; but I think 9 weeks is a long time to wait for a vehicle to be serviced. Springfield was a more convenient location to service my vehicle but I will most likely be going back up to the Greenbrook Service Center. More

No waiting at the service gate - just come at your appointment time, and immediately get inside. Manager was highly professional and proactive, the car had all needed repairs done within promised time appointment time, and immediately get inside. Manager was highly professional and proactive, the car had all needed repairs done within promised timeframe. Very satisfied. More
