Oil change was completed however had to wait for tire repair approval. It would take several hours for tire to be delivered, so I scheduled to return another day. I returned after receiving noticed from advisor that tire was approved and delivered. After waiting 3 hours, I was told the tire would not be installed because they were not sure of tire was approved or where the tire was. I left once again with the intention to return to get this tire replaced. I returned on 12/27 and tire was eventually replaced with no further incident. Despite the inconvenience of having to return twice, advisor Danny Padilla and GSM Steve Iauruzio apologized and made sure the repairs were completed without any further incident. I’ve been a customer with Autoland Jeep/Dodge for several lease terms now and have consistently received great service from both Sales and Service. It’s minor glitches as these that are often unforeseen and unavoidable. However it’s always a learning experience for future training. Thanks Autoland! More

Speciality Service Andrew was amazing and such a sweet heart. He worked with me and explained step by step what was going on with my truck. Stan was also great as well. Good customer service!!! This is our 2nd lease there. We are coming back to get a 3rd vehicle in a couple of months. Stan & Andrew really helped me out. We are having problems with our 3 month Jeep Compass while my son was driving it...the car would just stop. Thank goodness someone didn’t hit him. To me this is a safety issue now. I spoke to Andrew he got us in on a Saturday first thing in morning. It turns out the engine might be burning oil I’m not happy at all knowing that but we will be back when it hits 1000 miles to see. Stan & Andrew gave awesome customer service. More

Service Department horrible customer service This dealership is the worst I have ever seen and I have leased many cars. Leased a car at another dodge dealership 6 months ago (because Autoland di This dealership is the worst I have ever seen and I have leased many cars. Leased a car at another dodge dealership 6 months ago (because Autoland did not have the car i wanted) Autoland is the closest dealership to my house. 6 months go by and I scheduled a service for the first oil change and warranty repair of dome light, over the phone, while scheduling the service was give a slot for Friday, I informed the person on the other side of the line that to have the service on Friday, i would need a loaner to be able to go to work. (I also own an Audi and Subaru and never had a problem getting loaner) The person on the other side asked me to hold and returned telling me that one of the managers told her that I could schedule for Saturday for oil change and dome light warranty work so that i can wait in the waiting room and they do not need to provide me a loaner. So I scheduled the maintenance for Saturday at 1:00pm... Saturday came around and I took my brand new car to Autoland for service and was informed by Jason "the manager" that they do not do warranty work on Saturdays... I explained to him the conversation I had on the phone when scheduling and he rudely told me " I AM A MANAGER AND I AM TELLING YOU THAT WE DO NOT DO WARRANTY WORK ON SATURDAY... IF YOU WANT WE CAN CHANGE THE OIL".... at this point I lost it... I was furious... never been treated so bad by a dealer.... I responded in the same tone and told him that he was not going to change the oil if the previous agreement was not honored, of doing the warranty work, left the service department enraged... went to the sales department to speak to a manager and it was the same story and on top of that the person I was speaking to, asked me if i purchased the car there and when i told him that i had not... he told me that he was "Extending the courtesy" of servicing my car there... In 6 months my wife's Subaru lease is ending and i was looking to get her a Jeep Trailhawk...needless to say that Autoland is not going to get that business. First they did not have the car i wanted and could not getting for a month and then they pull this service department debacle... They will never touch any of my cars again and I will never purchase or lease a car from them... on top of that spoke to a neighbor about my experience and he told me that he had problems with the service department at Autoland when he took his Jeep there for service... At this point it seems that i am not the only one with problems. So go to Autoland at your own risk. More
