I had a horrible experience leasing my Chrysler 300 from Autoland. My sales person Guy Saintilien bluntly lied right to my face misrepresenting the car vital information. He repeated several times answering my inquiries (both in person and later on the phone) that car I was getting is ALL WHEEL DRIVE when in fact it was REAR-WHEEL drive. When I realized that I was shamelessly fooled into leasing the wrong car, I immediately called Guy’s manager Jerome Jackson to try to straighten the situation. He assured me that the problem will be taken care of and there is no rush. ANOTHER LIE! I got to the dealership only for Jerome to tell me that it is too late to change anything. After tens of unanswered phone calls and messages, I was able to get in touch with General Sales Manager- Michael Cohen, who said that he is sorry for me (like I need that!! ) but there is nothing he can do to help. Nobody was reprimanded in any way for the misrepresenting the vital car facts and for directly lying to the customer! The whole dealership culture and work ethics top to bottom seems to be deeply flawed and crook-like. I am amazed that in our day and age it is still possible to fraud the customer so shamelessly and get away with it. I will be looking to another place for my next car and recommend that you do the same. More

Refused Service I brought my brand new Wrangler in for an alignment after lifting it. I was refused service when I brought to their attention that the axle had shifted. I was told it was "just something they didn't want to deal with" and that I "should try another dealership". I intentionally installed the Mopar lift because I was told by their technicians that it was fully covered under the Jeep warranty. What a joke of a service department! More
Refused emergency service I was refused service when my vehicle's electrical system failed and the car interior began to overheat while I had my family (including 2 young child I was refused service when my vehicle's electrical system failed and the car interior began to overheat while I had my family (including 2 young children) in the vehicle. We were away from home, and started the car and the A/C, infotainment, and windows failed to function. The engine started and shifted into gears and all other mechanical functions worked, but we could not open the windows to vent the heat from the sun and the A/C wouldn't work. We were within 1 mile of Autoland and took it to their service department since we felt it safer to go there then drive further to our home. The service manager, Jeff, refused to take the vehicle or provide any solutions. He said that they were booked until Wednesday and couldn't take any appointments. This was not routine maintenance, but an emergency failure of the vehicle's systems; and I was not alone but rather with my family. I asked to speak to the general manager. I briefly spoke with an assistant general manager who provided no solutions. Because I was refused service I took my family home in the vehicle. Autoland service let me leave in an unsafe vehicle. Customers beware; if you have an emergency Autoland won't be able to help; they overbook apointments so they have no room for emergency situations. If you don't buy your vehicle there they won't help. This is the worst experience I've ever had. And what makes it worse, the problem turned out to be a loose wiring harness under the seat. This could have been diagnosed in minutes. And they would have had a happy customer. Instead, they were heartless. More

I contacted this dealerhip based on ads I have seen and heard. I was very honest about my situation; i.e. my credit (even did an online credit app), how much owed on car, condition of car, my finances everything was laid out up front I told them the car is unsafe and Im barely driving it around town to get to work. I cannot drive an hour to this dealershp to be turned away. I have already been turned away by many. I was assured by Mariana that there was very agressive pricing and very many incentives and sales. Come in right away I guarantee we can hlep you. Even salesman Quentin says can help you cause we are larger dealerhsip and have better banking relationships. Well I wasted my time and took a chance on my life and my son's life by driving the death trap an hour each way for nothing. Why bother being honest with people. WHy would I lie only to come to your dealership and waste everyones time and no sale to me made? More

A GREAT FIRST TIME SERVICE EXPEREINCE! It was my first time at this dealership to get an oil change for my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I was appointed to Alberto Gomez who was my service advisor. It was my first time at this dealership to get an oil change for my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I was appointed to Alberto Gomez who was my service advisor. Alberto went out of his way to not only have the oil and filters changed on my vechile but he also suggested I complete a couple of recalls the car was due for and major software updates. Usually in my previous expereince with my other vechiles, the dealerships rather you do the oil change you came in for and then scedule another appt. for this type of work so they book another appointment for you as it does take some time to complete. As I waited, I was treated like family, Alberto offered me food, coffee, etc. and kept me informed throughout the ENTIRE process. I felt respected as a client and safe with these guys that everything was going to be taken care of--- I had previous luxury cars and never received this type of service when I brought my cars in for service, as I received this Saturday, 11/01 from this dealership. Will I bring my car back there for any future servicing to Alberto? YES, only Alberto. Thank you Alberto for making this a quick and no headache guarantee! More
