I'm a relatively new client with my 2014 Jeep Cherokee and have been in for an oil change and a software update on transmission and U-Connect. I very much appreciate the fact that he doesn't make promises about delivery time that he can't keep. Recently, I was expecting my car to take about 4 hours for the software updates. My car was ready in much less time. I did arrange with him to have the car dropped off at night and would arrange a ride in the morning. My car was ready early--when I arrived. After walking us through a few models and the options on each, we talked pricing. We settled on a 3-year lease of a Grand Cherokee Overland. From there, they took care of everything and made the experience easy and enjoyable for us. I'll likely purchase all my vehicles from Autoland moving forward and have already recommended them to friends!! A+!! More

Extended Warranty Reimbursement Paid! I bought a 2013 Dodge Charger a year and a half ago from Autoland. I also bought the Total Care Extended Warranty. The warranty came with Tire Cover I bought a 2013 Dodge Charger a year and a half ago from Autoland. I also bought the Total Care Extended Warranty. The warranty came with Tire Coverage for 36,000 miles. I had an emergency situation 2 weeks a go, in which I got a flat tire. I live 45 miles from the dealership, and it happened on a Saturday at 3pm. I took the car to a tire place, and replaced the tire out of pocket. I filed a claim with Total Care, and 2 weeks later I got a check back for the whole amount I spent out pocket. That is great service! Doug Lemberg New Milford, NJ 07646 More

3000 miles on my 2014 Durango and horrible service I had a noise coming from my front driver's side wheel and the car was pulling to the left when in high speed so I decided to go to their service cent I had a noise coming from my front driver's side wheel and the car was pulling to the left when in high speed so I decided to go to their service center. I called for an appointment on a Saturday, but when I got there they told me that they didn't have staff to look into my car's problem. On the following week, I called and made another appointment. I took a day off work and got there at 8:20am. They got my car and after about 40 minutes came telling me my alignment was all off and that the DOT# of one of the tires was different suggesting I had replaced it and that somehow that would've voided the warranty. They wanted to charge me $345.00 for an alignment job. I argued that the car was under warranty and that they should do it for free, but no luck. I drove to the dealership where I had bought the car for them to explain why the DOT# was different and clarify the issue. When I got there the technician was friendly and told me that the DOT# matched in all four tires and that the car had a warranty of 12 months for such cases, but they did not have an alignment machine at their location, but that they could take the car to another dealership in their group that had it. I told them that I would go back to Autoland. When I got back to autoland, I told the guy the numbers all matched, he gave me a lame excuse and said he needed to talk to his manager, who came back with him to talk to me. He said they could not do the alignment because this time the factory markings were off under the car. I had to argue with them for 20 minutes until they told me they would do it as a courtesy. They made me wait for 2 hours and told me they had the service done, but the car is still pulling to the left when the car in high speed, which means they made me wait and did nothing to the car. I have already called Chrysler to complain and make them aware of the type of scam artists they had representing their brand at Autoland. I love the car, but I live 20 miles away from the second dealership and am not that confident, I'll be replacing this car with another Chrysler brand when the time comes. More
