I had to schedule a 10K oil chane on my Grand Cherokee Limited and It was efficient to show up and book a service than get on the phone or their web site to do it. Over the phone would have me wait almost Limited and It was efficient to show up and book a service than get on the phone or their web site to do it. Over the phone would have me wait almost a month but in person I wa able to get a slot five days later. I wanted them to check my battery that DIED on me at a parking lot a week before, they came to let me know 2 hours into the service, that it will take time to - as per Jeep warranty - recahrge and test the battery. Good that a food truck showed up so I could have a sandwich. Overall I was out and done in 4 1/2 hours. Their waiting area with good brand coffee machine helped pass the time. Overall a well organized, customer friendly dealership. Would recommend to my friends. More
