I highly recommend Anthony (Service Advisor). If it was not for him, I would have waited 3 weeks for my brakes to be changed. When I called the service appointment and I explained my brake situat If it was not for him, I would have waited 3 weeks for my brakes to be changed. When I called the service appointment and I explained my brake situation, the lady said that I would have to wait until August 23rd to help an appointment (I called August 1st). However, when I called Anthony at the service desk and explained to him my situation, he said, "bring it today and we will help you." He heard my concerned and he helped me. Not only was I able to get my brakes, but Anthony helped me by calling the warranty for another part that I needed to be changed. I highly recommend Autoland. It is the only place I take for my van to get work done. Thank you for all you do. I highly recommend Anthony the service advisor. More

I have purchased 2 Jeep Cherokee's here. Always had a positive sales experience. Currently have no AC in my 2020 cherokee and contacted them to schedule a repair and the earliest appointment was >1 away before they could even look at it. There excuse was they are delayed receiving parts on vehicles already there. Ok, but perhaps they could have offered to take a look at it and see if it is something that could be an easy fix instead of just nope earliest we have is a month away. Expecting someone to drive around in over 90 degree heat without AC demonstrates their lack of compassion and overall poor customer service. They absolutely lost any future business from me. More
