I have purchased 2 Jeep Cherokee's here. Always had a positive sales experience. Currently have no AC in my 2020 cherokee and contacted them to schedule a repair and the earliest appointment was >1 away before they could even look at it. There excuse was they are delayed receiving parts on vehicles already there. Ok, but perhaps they could have offered to take a look at it and see if it is something that could be an easy fix instead of just nope earliest we have is a month away. Expecting someone to drive around in over 90 degree heat without AC demonstrates their lack of compassion and overall poor customer service. They absolutely lost any future business from me. More
