About time these guys get a review that's actually honest. It's unimaginable they have so many high star ratings. Recently I emailed to check into a new car and didn't hear back for several days. Finally, John Cioffi emailed and apologized. I sent him the info, no reply. I followed up again, no reply. Good for them - they don't need to sell a car to me. It's guaranteed they never will after again and again proving to be 100% unreliable. More

Santigui is a great salesman. Many officers have gone to him. In the end always remember that he has to present the offer to his managers and they come back with the price. Always Always do your research on the dealer, salesman and vehicle you want ahead of time. During covid there are car shortages everywhere not just the dealer you are going to. I leased a vehicle 3 years ago 2017 jeep grand cherokee limited and returned it 6 months early for a 2020 cheep grand cherokee limited x. Be advised the new jeep cherokee limited x is only a v6. I didn't realize it till after the deal. However I am happy with the new lease. Same price as the old lease basically just added more miles per year because I went over. Made the deal over miles and turned it in 6 months early. Took maybe 3 hours if that. I did not purchase any additional options when I went to sign the paperwork with Kevin in finance. That is up to you individually. I dealt with Jerome who came back with the first inflated price. Then Anthony the salesmanger came over and made the final deal. This dealer has bad reviews but I have dealt with them in the past so I gave them first shot at making a deal. More
