Multiple Trips For Same Issue, Still Not Resolved Avoid this service department. Huge waste of time. Thought I would try them out because they're closer to my home than my normal dealer, and what a Avoid this service department. Huge waste of time. Thought I would try them out because they're closer to my home than my normal dealer, and what a mistake that was. They are more interested in telling you why they can't help you and almost seem to enjoy wasting your time. Brought my truck in for diagnosis, and to check on a vibration. They couldn't fix the vibration, and I had to return anyway once the other part came in. I brought it back a second time to get fixed when the part came in, and waited two hours in the waiting room to be told the part was broken when they opened the box. Called two weeks later wondering why I hadn't been called to reschedule - turns out it was because they forgot to order the part. Tried getting an appointment on a weekend (the only time available for me at that time) and was told they couldn't do that, but I was welcome to come in and wait all day just to see if they would be able to fix it at some point. No appointment made - Jason just wanted to waste my time. Needless to say, I waited three more weeks instead for when I had time to come in on a weekday (for a third time). Waited three more hours for the car to be pulled around, where Jason said "All fixed!" and gave me the keys. Checked the problem in the lot, noticed it was not in fact fixed, and when I walked back into Service, he told me I would need to make an appointment to have it diagnosed (?! isn't that what I did for my first appointment??), but wouldn't be able to wait for it, so I'd have to come back a fourth time. He was not apologetic, he just wanted me gone. So three visits later and my problem still exists. I am more than happy to never come back to Autoland again, which is too bad because I've driven Dodge for years, and have turned my sister, mom, and 3 other friends onto Mopar as well. Crazy how much business you lose from just one awful experience. More
Melvin was wonderful as our sales advisor. He was very thorough, answered all our questions, was helpful, friendly, calm (never pushy) and made us feel very confident and comfortable with our purchase.
