However, my this ride in unchartered waters was made simple and fabulous by the professionals there at AutoLenders@Princeton, and a special mention to Eric for the treatment that was nothing less than Special. The range of options available was immense and although confusing in the beginning, however the smartness and empathic nature of Eric made my decision making easier. As there is always a scope for improvement, one area where I felt would have been icing on the cake was flexibility in the policy of Autolenders to give customers freedom to go for extended warranty as per choice. I also understand that Autolenders are here to make business, and not charity, still felt the only scope of improvement in otherwise a wonderful experience buying a car through AutoLenders. My recent experience Over the last nearly 50 years I have purchased over fifteen cars both new and used, from assortment of dealerships and brands. My recent experience at AUTO LENDERS Lawrenceville, New Jersey was the I have ever had. Anthony, the young man was a no nonsense professional. After a few questions to determine the type of vehicle we were looking for he was able to show us on the several models across several brands including the full list of features included of each and the selling price. This entire process took only about twenty minutes. About five minutes more and the car we chose was sitting at the front door ready to test drive. There was no pressure to up sell or drawn out negotiation of price. We chose a Nissan Rogue SL that looked and drives as if it just came from the factory. The "paper work" part of the transaction was quick and easy, and the interest rate they arranged was better than quotes from the bank I have been a customer for almost 15 years. We drove the car home in less than two hours from the time we arrived at the dealership. The car was even delivered with a full tank of gas. They also handled all of the DMV paperwork and had my new plate for me in just a few days. Since taking delivery I have received followup calls from Anthony, and the general manager to make sure everything was OK and to remind me to bring the car in for the FREE oil change that is provided with every car they sell. That service was set for today at 10:30 and was done on time and quickly, almost before I had finished the free coffee in the service area lounge. . More
