My sales guy even gave me a tour of their shop and showed me how meticulous their shop manager is; I agree, impressive. I don't necessarily buy into the whole "no negotiating, best pricing, non-commissioned Rep's" they claimed. I did LOTS of negotiating. They make their money in in similar, if not, identical ways. They just word it different or "relocate" where and how they work the numbers (money). In the end... They get you with financing. Let's be real... They all do. Hence the reason I will be refinancing through my credit union as soon as possible. All in all, I had a great experience here and the quality of CPO vehicles is good. Wish they had a better selection of vehicles would be my only gripe... I mean, how many used Nissan Murano's or Jeep Compass or Patriots do you need on a used lot? Ridiculous. Who wants to hear "we have other vehicles in other lots". Instead of relocating how and where to get my money, how about starting with your selection of cars? Listen... My review may seem more negative than positive. Unfortunately, I have purchased too many vehicles and have had too many bad deals to appreciate a good one when I see it. Auto Lenders NO DOUBT offers more for your money than any of those "Mom & Pop" used dealerships, or even any other dealership for that matter. The Best Retail Experience I've Ever Encountered I've never had a more pleasant buying experience in any dealership or retail space in my life, and my fiance's family owns a car dealership- so that's I've never had a more pleasant buying experience in any dealership or retail space in my life, and my fiance's family owns a car dealership- so that's saying something. Everything from A-Z was taken care of and handled with the most professionalism I have ever encountered. After being tossed around by big name dealerships and small family owned businesses I had had enough. Within five minutes of placing an inquiry online I had a call from the main branch, a call from my local auto lenders dealer, and a text message from my soon to be car consultant. I was busy at work most of the day and all it took was 5 minutes online and a 2 minute phone conversation and I not only had my application being approved for me but had an appointment to see a few cars within hours of my initial inquiry. Stephen of Auto Lenders Princeton who went on to be my Sales Consultant even reached out before my appointment to make sure I had directions and could easily find the dealership. As soon as we arrived, Stephen greeted us at the entrance, took care of the pleasantries, introduced us to the rest of the team, and had a car already warming up outside waiting for our first test drive. By the time we got back the second one was ready and so on. It didn't take long to fall in love with my new car and then the rest of the process was even easier than before. Everything was explained from top to bottom and no question went unanswered. We even wound up being able to trade in my old truck which I thought was going to just have to be junked. Never once did I feel pressured into anything and wound up falling in love with a car I hadn't even thought to check out. They even checked in a few days later to make sure I was still thrilled with my purchase. I set up a test drive online, and when I arrived I met my salesman AJ. We spoke for a few minutes, he took a copy of my license and handed me the keys to take a test drive without him. I checked out the vehicle, took it for a drive, and realized it fit my needs. I didn't purchase it that day because I needed final approval from my wife and children who returned to test drive it the next day. AJ was worked with us as we took as we took a couple of days to decide if this transaction worked for us financially. We eventually bought the vehicle with a warranty, and everything have been great for the passed couple of weeks. I highly recommend Auto Lenders for their great selection and friendly staff. More
