Absolutely the worst buying experience I have had in my 55 years. I should have known better than to buy out of state. I paid cash for a truck that was put out for sale before safety issues were taken care 55 years. I should have known better than to buy out of state. I was told my truck was in pre shipping inspection and it would be out for delivery after that 5 days later it still wasn't shipped. I called and text many times to finally get an actual ship date of yesterday. I was told it would be here during the morning today. Received a text from the carrier after texting them it would be here by 3 pm today, the 4 pm. I text back at 4:45 pm what's the new ETA 40 minutes they said the driver had to drop another truck and then be here. 20 minutes later the driver shows up with my truck in the front with another vehicle behind it setting on the ramps and disabled. Said I was supposed to lift the truck off the back so they could drop mine?? With what?? So no delivery. Now the driver is headed 2 hours back the other direction to get the wrecked truck off the trailer and who knows when my truck gets here.I just lost $1,000 due to a lot of no one knowing what the heck is going on. Not to mention the driver telling me there was only one key, when I specifically asked for the to get me another one before shipping it. I was told they could have a locksmith come by and get me the spare key. I just hope the truck is in good shape when I finally get it at some point. More
