This time I took my GMC Canyon Denali in for regul We have been taking our vehicles to Automax for years to buy vehicles and to get vehicles serviced. This time I took my GMC Canyon Denali in for regular service - oil, tire balance & rotate. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They got the truck in, serviced it and brought it around for me. I was there less than an hour. They care for their customers and are professional in their work. More
Great customer service...1st oil change with new and asked if they washed the cars as part of service, don’t think it’s part of the service but they did get it cleaned for me..Very pleased! We needed to have service interval work done, and Larry P Times are tough right now, but the AutoMax service department came through for us yesterday. We needed to have service interval work done, and Larry Palin made it a breeze. Larry got us right in, and gave us a discount that helped us during the current COVID-19 crisis issue. For what it's worth, Larry Palin is by far the best and easiest service manager to work with that AutoMax has ever had. We've been using the service department since 2007, and NO ONE compares to the experience that Larry Palin delivers... period. More

The only thing that I question is, on my bill I was charged for the oil filter, the oil and the oil plug gasket. That's fine since those items were needed, however, why was there also a charge for an oil change kit? The oil change kit was already itemized. It seems as if I was charged twice for the same items. More
