Spoke to him on the phone to get the low-down on the vehicle we wanted. For the first time, the vehicle pictured online actually matched the vehicle on the lot. My son drove it around, loved it and they allowed us to take it to our mechanic to have it checked without any excuses. Great customer service from Jarrod.
