Even if the repair is listed in the we owe section of your contract; they will back out and try to lie to you about it, hoping you don't catch them in the lie. When they unwind the deal or cancel the contract, they lie about the refund process as well. They're petty and drag their feet on fixing their mistake. They focus on high risk customers and bank on the desperation for approval. They overprice their vehicles by thousands of dollars - verified by a little research to retail comparisons online from other dealers. THOUSANDS... 7 or 8 on certain vehicles they know catch the customer's eye. Don't call them out on it either because all they say is: I can't do nothing about no price.... exact verbiage from the manager that handles the refunding process. Lots of finger pointing because it's always someone else's job or someone's fault. They state they'll call you but you literally have to beg them and be in their face for a response on an actual issue. They forget how to call you back when it involves them giving you money back, but they sure are quick and easy to get a response from up until you swipe your card. They hope you don't know your buyer's rights... I highly suggest you take your time in front of their cameras (because they do record you signing the documents) and READ EVERY LINE of your contract and make sure any repairs they promised are listed in the we owe section. DO NOT ACCEPT DELIVERY of this vehicle if they did not do what they were supposed to do. DO NOT DRIVE OFF THE LOT. You will never see your money back and you will be stuck with a vehicle that is double the retail price and no way out of the contract. Last but not least, they stick extra fees into the contract for insurance in the amount of $112 every 2 weeks in addition to a $54 payment processing fees per payment to use THEIR car app to pay. That is over $300 dollars a month ON TOP of the actual car payment. So if you do the math - @ 30 months... that's an extra $9,360! Some of this information is hidden in there, you will look over it. They will not provide any answers if you ask them about this probably because they don't have any, they were just hoping you didn't notice!!! They are predatory and will take advantage of you. To make it all worse, their "official" BBB web profile isn't accurate. They have 4 or 5 different profiles but only one that is official and states BBB accredited WITH an A+ rating, but when you go to make a complaint against them, it directs the complaint to Dollar rental cars. An entirely different company. It's rigged and full of lies just like their dealership (all of them under MEI auto - Mi Gente, Autotrader, Truckmax, etc....) Same owners, same business ethics but hopefully that issue will be resolved shortly, it has been reported to the BBB office. More

Do not buy from them at all. I spent over 5000k to fix my car and picked it up and it stopped on me while driving with my infant in the car. Do you think they cared? This is the worst dealership ever to go to, they sell you lemons, they don't want to fix anything that's wrong with the car. Our check engine light has been on since we got it in September and they have been lemons, they don't want to fix anything that's wrong with the car. All the manager does, his name is Ron, is lie to people. He told us he was going to get in touch with Erica to get us a rental car, never did. We sent him all the information that we were supposed to and Ron never got back in touch with us. Whenever we called to talk to him, he was *never available ". If I could give them zero stars I would. I purchased a 2014 Maxima from this trash place back in September 21. The end of Dec the car started giving me major issues. I was informed that my car was under warranty so I needed to bring it in. I brought my vehicle in and it sat in their shop for 6 1/2 weeks before it was ready (so they said) I was able to get a one time extension to put two payments at the end of my term, that helped some. Fast forward to now. 6 weeks later YUP, you guessed it! Transmission is gone again!!! This time I took it to a outside mechanic who informed me that the transmission hasn’t been touched only the screen is new😩. Now I’m without a vehicle again!!! Save your time and money!!! It’s pure LEMONS on this lot!!! More
