2020 of late February, my husband and I put $1,000 down on a car the was 2015 Kia Optima. It was a whooping $17,000. About 2 and a half month later, our starter has to be replaced. Then early 2021, our catalytic converter had to be replace. Two weeks before June 2021, out engine blew out. MEI finance asked me if I was gonna make payments. I told them to come get the car and cancel my agreement with them. I wasn't gonna pay $203 every two weeks if I wasn't able to afford $6,000 for fixing a car. More

This dealership is horrible. I got a 2017 Hyundai Accent there. Less than 7 days later my battery went out. A week later the tires kept blowing out. 3 months later i had to get a alternator and the car last there. Less than 7 days later my battery went out. A week later the tires kept blowing out. 3 months later i had to get a alternator and the car lasted 10 min. Fussed so that the dealership would pick up the car to see what was wrong and it was the cadillac converter. A month and a half later i need another battery. After the battery is replaced a week later my car oil light keep coming on every 2 to 3 days i am losing oil. Not 30 days later the car dies out on the hwy again. In jeopardy of losing my job because i keep having to miss work because of this raggedy piece of crap. More

This dealership will take advantage of you. They lied to me and took advantage of my low credit situation they told me my truck was 100%. The very next day after I bough it the leaf springs and shocks were me and took advantage of my low credit situation they told me my truck was 100%. The very next day after I bough it the leaf springs and shocks were broken the check engine light came on for an array of things which none was covered on the power train warranty I took it back and they said "well you can leave it and we can take a look but it doesn't look like any of that's covered in you're powertrain warranty " oh and for them to take a look was going to be 7days. and they still managed to remind me that that I need to pay my bill or I'll get repossessed. So 1 day after I bough a truck from here I was left with a $3000 repair bill Or a repossession on my record. They will con you and lie to you. And then right before you leave the dealership they try to make you give them a 5 star rating please don't use this dealership this dealership should be shut down. And I would sue if I could afford it... More
