They sold me a lemon!! This has been the worst car buying experience ever. 3 days after I got my 2013 Chevy Malibu, the car would not start. I brought a new battery and not This has been the worst car buying experience ever. 3 days after I got my 2013 Chevy Malibu, the car would not start. I brought a new battery and not even an hr later the car would not start again and wouldn't take a boost. I called Darrell (sales man) and was told his manager Mike told him they would look at my car but I would have to find away to get it back to the carlot. So i manage to get the car started after 2 unsuccessful days. Took my car up there on a Friday afternoon, was called on Monday to come pick my car up and there is nothing wrong with it. By now only 5 days after I got the car I ve had to put oil in it twice because the oil light has came on and 2 other times after I drove the car 1 full additional day after and all types has shown up. The car not vibrates violently while in idol or at stop lights and shuts off. I have 2 young children and this car is unsafe for me. So now I will have to take my car back to automax and be without a car for who knows and possibly have to pay a $100 deducable. Also I was told it was required that Auto max needed a photo copy of my debit card because I was required to set up on auto payments for the 1st 6 months. My payment was due Friday (today is monday) and my payment was not drafted and I am now getting phone calls about the missing payment. So why did they need a copy of my debit card? On time of that my car now has a beeping noise because the payment is past due and I was never aware or notified the would occur until I missed a call and heard it would do such over the IVR. They have overpriced cars with too many issues. My car is worth maybe 9k and they are charging $15k not including interest (21k including intrest.) SN: they will try to keep the total peice of the vehicles a secret until you sign the paperwork and will only bring you cars from the list 1 at a time. They will kt allow you to see the list and choice your self. I was there for over 9 hours just to get this lemon. Darrell was a good salesman but he is new to the car selling industry. However I don't believe he knows what type of dealership he is working for. I will be giving Automax 1 more change to rectify this issue if not I will pursue legal action under the lemon law act. More

Liars I went in to purchase a vehicle on 11/27/18. I was not given an option between more than one vehicle. I was handed the keys to one vehicle and told th I went in to purchase a vehicle on 11/27/18. I was not given an option between more than one vehicle. I was handed the keys to one vehicle and told that is the only one that fits my budget. I signed a contract and drove away with the vehicle. I only had the vehicle 9 days and the transmission control module is not working properly. I returned to the car lot and was told that there is nothing wrong with the vehicle and that there is no codes when placed on a code reader. As soon as I left the car lot I drove the vehicle across the street and had it placed on a code reader. Yet again 6 codes are present. This place sold me a lemon and I will be taking legal action. More
