Terrible service/communication after they get you in a car Initial experience was good prices were moderate in compared to every other price on trucar.com However , Lack of communication from sales people a Initial experience was good prices were moderate in compared to every other price on trucar.com However , Lack of communication from sales people and managers and everyone in general is just one of the reasons i would discourage people from buying here I purchased I picked up this vehicle September 15 (had a passenger mirror cover missing which was suppose be ordered in and put on before i picked it up) they claimed they received the wrong side and claimed once it came in the next day they would send it out. needless to say its the 17th of October and no mirror cover and the sales rep stopped communicating completely . Called the sales manager Tuesday October 13th to address the issue and asked to be called back in the next day or so to be informed what happened. and no calls . I guess I will have to purchase a mirror cover that was suppose to be on the vehicle I also had to get my tires re balanced do to shaking at 65+ and the van came with 3 different tires ( which seems pretty unprofessional in my opinion ) stay clear of this place , not worth the hassle!!!! More
