I visited direct automall with no intention of purchasing a vehicle since I had two dealers to visit later that evening. But with the help of Osvaldo Simoes he was not only able to convince me of the purchase, but able to help me get approve that night before it was sold off to another party that was already in the bank approval stage before me. I felt like this truck was destined for me. It has been a week since I've had it in my care and I love it and Osvaldo is still calling to make sure I got the repairs completed and all my paperwork in order. I wasn't able to pick up the truck until the following weekend and he kept me updated throughout the week, letting me know of proper documents and paperwork to be able to bring the truck from Massachusetts to New Hampshire. He was out sick the day I was suppose to pick it up and he proactively had someone else get the truck ready for me. Derek and the rest of the team made my experience very easy! More
