First time car buyers We came into the dealership Sunday afternoon and needed to buy a car that day. We were shown the car we wanted but could not lock down a deal that day We came into the dealership Sunday afternoon and needed to buy a car that day. We were shown the car we wanted but could not lock down a deal that day. Because it was rushed some information was not taken down correctly and we were not told until late the next day through text message. We were not happy personal information was shared between employees through text message. Financing was completed that night and everything was clearly explained. Communication after this was dropped and we were not told until late the day of delivery that paperwork had not gone through and that we would have to handle it. Everything did work out but because of the rush it was stressful. More

My first and last stop to finding the right car I needed I came to check out a car from an online posting in hope of finding a great deal on a used car to replace my total loss of my car from a car accident. I came to check out a car from an online posting in hope of finding a great deal on a used car to replace my total loss of my car from a car accident. The car of interest didn't quite meet my expectations. But I'm thankful for being helped by Derek Torres, he was very friendly and easy going. Even though I lost interest on that car, he didn't try to upsale me other vehicles he thought might be good for me, cuz who likes a pushy salesman, right?! Nope, he made sure we went about it on what I wanted to check out and what I prefered and what I decided would work better me and my wallet. Luckily the right car was just there calling my name, it looked grear, nice test drive and favorable price. I appreciate how nice and understanding Derek was for answering all our questions and worked to make sure it all made sense and made the purchasing process go smoothly. Also appreciate Luiz in finance , for doing his best to get me the bank approval in order to get the financing I needed to buy my car.
