Her Name is Lucy. She patiently spent her Sunday afternoon helping us to choose a car and get to a down payment agreement. Once the deal was closed, we still met a few times for documents exchange and she deliberately offered herself to go and meet me wherever I was just to collect them, which was very kind of hers - helping the process run faster. On the day I went picking up the car- she was promptly waiting for us with some extra documents and the car keys in hands - and from there she took me to the mechanic department where instructions related to future complimentary and free oil changes were given. Overall is that I had a very satisfying experience! More
