I worked with Joao Felix and he was amazing he was so personable and attentive to our needs. 3 years later I go on yesterday to trade in my car and I can honestly say it happened so fast and it was completely painless we found a great car to fight against the winter and everything worked out perfectly. I love his service and his hard work and dedication but most of all his honesty as a dealer you would think they are trying to talk you into things but he is completely understanding and sincere with us which is why I will always go back to him.
