Their extended warranty program has been a breeze to use, and saved me thousands of dollars when I had a couple issues with my vehicle. An honest source in the auto industry Rachel Haviv was not only a knowledgeable sales association, but one of the most honest, I've ever worked with, as well. Rachel recommended the car I ultimately chose, and told me it was more affordable than another model, and had all of the accessories and details I wanted. Additionally, a few weeks after I signed and drove away with the car, the tire warning light came on. I brought the car to another service center, that quoted me $750 for 3 new tires. I brought my car to Automotive Imports, and they quoted me $350 for 4 new tires. Later, one of the owners, David Guttenberg, heard what happened and did not let me pay for the tires, as it was a mistake on their end before selling the car. I will go to this establishment for every car I look at prospectively, and would recommend anyone talk to Rachel and the entire Automotive Imports team! More
