Tim Travis took all the angst and pain out of buying a car! Once I told him what I was interested in purchasing, he immediately contacted me with great, clean vehicles in mint condition and clean historie car! I never would have believed I would be in and out of a dealership in less than 30 minutes with all the paperwork complete for the purchase. Even better, Tim arranged to pick up the license plates then called me, I drove to the dealership and he put them on for me saving me hours of waiting in a crowded DMV to complete the transaction. As if that weren't enough, Tim went above and beyond to place the big red ribbon on the car we gave our daughter for her 16th birthday. Throughout this process, Tim continually impressed us with his knowledge of the motor vehicle industry and my choice of vehicle in particular. My husband and I have referred customers to Tim because he is so knowledgable, friendly and efficient. They have thanked us for the referral because they also had a pleasurable experience. I found Auto Search online while looking for a used GMC Acadia. We test drove several cars from Auto Search and they even brought the cars to me so I didn't have to load up my two young children and trade Acadia. When we decided to purchase a vehicle from them they were great to work with, the price was upfront and there were no surprises. About a month after we purchased the car the waterpump went out. I called Auto Search and they had their mechanics take care of everything. They had no obligation to pay for the repairs but their commitment to customer service is so strong that they were willing to go the extra mile to stand behind the car. We will definitely use Auto Search the next time we need to purchase a car and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
