Mike was terrific to deal with, friendly and very helpful. We were not so pleased with his mechanic. Mike tried to get the sound taken care of working with the mechanic at Auto Search, but the guy j helpful. We were not so pleased with his mechanic. Mike tried to get the sound taken care of working with the mechanic at Auto Search, but the guy just couldn't find the problem. Mike had the guy try a couple of different things at their expense in order to make everything right. After purchasing the vehicle we took it to a Chrysler dealer who eliminated a squealing sound which was a bad filter connected to the power steering pump. It cost about $150. We love the vehicle and it's perfect now. We would certainly go back for another vehicle. More
